We get it!   We will make sure you get what you need, when you need it.  All of our meals are formulated by experts to be complete and balanced for all life stages. Each diet is designed to be species appropriate, meeting the total nutritional needs of your pet without fillers, from puppies to seniors and kittens to cats.  

We crafted meals using the highest quality vegetables and meats available. Our formulations meet or exceed AAFCO guidelines to ensure quality and safety.

Pet Supply Local Delivery Policy in Savannah, GA

We will always try to provide local delivery of our Pet Supplies to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you by email), normally within 2 working days or less if the goods are in stock.   If we are unable to provide local delivery of our Pet Supplies to you within that time we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.   As soon as the Pet Supplies are delivered to you in Savannah you are responsible for them.

48 hour Reminder:  We will contact you before your order is sent in case you would like to change or add to your order (unless you don't want to). We'll give you the inside scoop on any specials or new products that are being offered in the store.

In short, we tried to create the type of delivery program we would want for our own pets - one that connects us with our local shop and ensures the best products are delivered for our best friends!

Here is how our Pet Supply Local Delivery Program works in Savannah, GA

1. Browse our products and choose any items you want delivered. 

2. Make selection and check out using code SKIDAWAY for free shipping for orders $25 or more. 

3.  Include your name, address and phone number.

4.  Delivery will be delivered before 5pm the following day from order. 

*Orders must be purchased by Noon on the day prior to delivery. All orders will be delivered by 5pm. If you are not home, please ensure there is a secure, dry spot, like a cooler or container, for us to leave your food and any other Pet Supplies that you wish to have delivered.  

For those living in a gated community please add Hipster Hound as approved for a pass. 

Don't see the food you want?  Call our store to see if we can special order it for you at 349-7640.  

We can also deliver any item from our store to have available for same day pick up at our Echols Ave location when you pick up your dog from daycare or boarding.  Just type Echols in for shipping code and we will have it ready.
