Privacy and Refund Policies
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or pass along your personal information to anyone. Name, address and credit card information and other identifying information that you provide is used by the The Hipster Hound only. Your credit card information is stored in a secure portal and processed by a private third party, Card Connect.
REFUND POLICY for RETAIL MERCHANDISE
For retail items purchased at either location you may get a full refund with receipt within 30 days from purchase if the product has not been used or if there is a manufacturing defect. If you do not have a receipt, a store credit can be given to use on future retail products. No refunds or store credits will be given after 30 days with or without receipts.
The Hipster Hound reserves the right to charge a portion of the boarding stay if adequate time is not given prior to cancellation or in the case of "no shows". During extremely busy times (holidays, spring breaks, etc) The Hipster Hound will charge half of the boarding stay at time of booking. If cancellation occurs in writing two weeks prior to boarding start date a full refund will be given. If cancellation occurs one week prior then half of the paid amount will be refunded. If cancellation occurs three or less days or you "no show" then no refund will be given. All cancellations must be emailed in at firstname.lastname@example.org.
