What’s that smell?! Oh no-it’s your Hipster Hound. Does the thought of having to give your dog a bath in your bathtub give you nightmares….the bending, the dog hair, all the dirt, shaking water all over the place, so much to clean even after your dog gets clean. Who wants to do that after a hard day’s work?

Well, that’s where our Self Serve Dog Wash puts the fun back into giving your dog a bath. We provide everything you will need to get your Hipster Hound smelling right! We supply everything but the dog! When you come in we will provide you with shampoo, cream rinse, towels, ear and eye wipes, brushes and combs all in a private, secure bathing room.

We have a high, large tub to accommodate all-sized dogs. There’s no kneeling or stooping here! There’s even an easy opening for your dog’s entry and exit from the tub. We have hand held sprayers that allow you to control the water flow and are temperature controlled so your pet is always comfortable. We’ve got a selection of natural shampoos and conditioners for every skin and coat type, even de-shedding and whitening.

Don’t want to get wet? Don’t worry, we have great aprons for you too so you don’t get wet! When you’re all done, we have super absorbent towels to dry off your dog. Then it’s off to the drying station. Here you’ll find a professional forced air dryer plus brushes and combs to make sure your dog is nice and dry and looks and smells great before venturing outside. Leave the mess to us! When you’re finished simply walk out and enjoy your day. We clean up and sanitize after each bath.

Ack, fleas! In order to maintain the cleanliness of our store and protect the health of our other customers we need to enforce a strict policy regarding fleas and ticks. If your dog has fleas or you suspect your dog might have fleas please come see us before you bring your dog in the shop. We want to make sure we can get your dog in a tub as quickly as possible and give him the relief he needs but also minimize his contact with our other customers. Remember to give others the respect you would want them to give you. If your dog has fleas, you will be required to treat your dog with our safe and natural flea bath treatment. It is exceptionally effective at killing fleas, lice AND ticks. We also have Capstar tablets that can be purchased to effectively kill fleas. If you refuse treatment, we regret we’ll have to ask you to leave as you pose a health issue to the cleanliness of our store and a health hazard to our other customers.

Pricing is based on the size of your dog and the amount of hair.

Our self-serve dog wash is located at our 1 Diamond Causeway Savannah location.  Appointments are not necessary, however, the self-serve hours are between 7a-5:30p M-F and 8a-4pm on Saturdays.
